On NYT news item ... Kissinger Drew Up Plans to Attack Cuba, Records Show

2 weeks back Walter Isaacson wrote a book review for Henry Kissinger's latest book "World Order". It will raise anyone's interest to read that book,  I too have added the book in the list. After read the below revelation in NYT today that Kissinger try to engineer an invasion against Cuba. He decided to do so after Cuba sent her forces to defended a new born Angola. it's nothing surprising  that state secretary of the world imperialist power has responsibility to punish a tiny country which challenge it's global position. It may be diplomacy , trade sanction or military invasion are different means of a very end that to maintain the imperialist hegemony.

Kissinger's disgust against Cuba is well knows. In the ending pages, epilogue, of his another book, Ending The Vietnam War, he writes, "... A Cuban expeditionary force appeared in Africa within six months of Saigon's fall and decided civil war ... Would such daring moves have been attempted had not a technologically backward country already demonstrated the vincibility of the United States and had not America's internal division suggested a creeping paralysis?"
